Private Mat Pilates

Through 1-on-1 coaching I’ll help improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and posture. Each 45 minute session includes stretches and exercises varying in intensity based on your specific goals, needs, and fitness level.

Mat Pilates is recommended for almost all body types, fitness levels, and accessibility needs. Movements are low-impact and promote mind-body connection. I believe people are remarkably resilient and deserve celebration, validation, and kindness as they strive for optimal whole-body health.

My Background

I focus on Mat Pilates because of the ongoing mental and physical benefits I’ve witnessed in myself and others. Routinely doing Mat Pilates (along with eating well) has helped me build confidence, reduce stress, and feel better in my body. As a wellness coach, advocate and enthusiast I’m excited and motivated by helping others identify and realize their health goals.

I hold Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Public Health from Indiana University, Certification from the International Association of Health Coaches, Mat Pilates training from Gramercy Pilates School, Yoga Sculpt training from CorePower Yoga and Trauma Informed Pilates Approach training from TRIFECTA Pilates.

3 sessions pack: $195 ($15 savings)

5 sessions pack: $330 ($20 savings)
